We want you to love your New York & Company purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label

Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which you can print at home or show as a QR code at designated drop-off locations.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at the authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and a notification once your refund is processed.
